Bingo-movement

Serving food to its customers is nothing but a part of the bingo package for most of the land based casinos be it in United Kingdom or the other parts of the World. But, lack of proper cautions, can really cause you harm with this.  A bingo club situated in Perth at least understands it now. The club is known as Kings Bingo and it has been sued by one of its customers – the 36 year old Sandy McWilliams. She has filed to have 10000 pounds as compensation as she claims she was burnt when she went to the kitchen to have her dinner. The unfortunate incident took place between one of the interval breaks in such bingo games.

According to the Ms. McWilliams she thought that she was almost to lose her life due to the incident. This has given her no choice but to opt for a legal battle against KE Entertainment at the Sherriff Crown Court in Perth. KE Entertainments is the parent group of Kings Bingo and it looks after all the dealings of that casino.

Sandy McWilliams also added that it was sheer negligence shown by the group as there were none present to tell her that the food was hot enough and can burn her arm. She also mentioned that how she still faces problems while shopping or doing any other thing with her right hand, the one suffered from the burnt. KE Entertainment is not paying that much of heed to these allegations though. They are all set to defend the case in the court and they also believe this is rather an unimportance case. They thing the victim’s allegations are not proper and such a huge compensation is definitely not worth the injury.

Te common voice also seems to be working in favor of KE Entertainments. This filed case has been rugged apart by most of those present in the club that time. They believe none but Sandy is the only person to be blamed for the incident as she should have taken proper precaution before taking up the food. They believe that it is nothing but a part of the compensation culture made popular by United States and it has now spread all over the world including United Kingdom.

Interestingly, KE Entertainment is a big name when it comes to the Casino industry in Australia. They are also expanding their business in United Kingdom and that should happen anywhere in 2010.
